A High School English Classroom Layout

Thom Williams

This high school classroom features desks arranged along the perimeter of the room, to facilitate the regular in-class discussions that are the main means of teaching English literature. The environment inside this room is closest to that of a university seminar room, where a similar treatment of the material to be learned is enacted.
